DESCRIPTION:Hi Folks,\nAs you are aware our Annual General Meeting that is normally held in March has been postponed due to gathering restrictions. With the loosening of those restrictions, it looks like we are finally able to hold a meeting.\nThe Province has opened up the gathering limits to 250 people for outdoor meetings as long as masks and social distancing are employed.\nAs such, we will hold a General meeting outdoors at the Club property on Upper Leitches Creek Rd on Thursday night at 6pm.\nThis will be an outdoor meeting so dress accordingly and bring a lawn chair if you want to sit. In the case of inclement weather, we will reschedule. Please wear a mask and maintain social distance as per the Gov’ts rules for these meetings\nIf anyone has anything they want to add to the agenda please send us an email beforehand.\nPlease arrive before 6 as time will be limited with sunset at 8pm and we will try to keep things as concise as possible. We are not planning on doing renewals at this meeting due to time constraints.\nRenewals can be done online through our website or by stopping in to see Kirk at the Bullet Box for an in-person renewal, if required.\nThe Club Property is the first driveway on the right once you leave the pavement on Upper Leitches Creek Rd. It is the driveway before the DNR range. There will be a Metro Sign at the driveway.
